Phosphoric Acid Filtration

Phosphoric acid (PA) is an essential industrial chemical heavily applied in the fertilizer industry, metallurgical industry, and the food and beverage industry.

The LiqTech Water acid filtration system is ideal for phosphoric filtration. It can be used for phosphate rock (PR), phosphatic fertilizers, phosphate-based food and beverage ingredients, phosphate-based pharmaceutical ingredients, and much more.

Due to the durable ceramic membranes, the system delivers excellent MGA quality. The system can remove > 0.07 µm (70 nm). Additionally, no leaf filter media is needed, allowing you to cut costs on media filters and material costs and resources for changing the filter. Moreover, the system requires close to no maintenance. The membranes are frequently backwashed automatically to avoid membrane fouling. Once backwashed, complete recovery is obtained.

The system provides an unmatched flux and requires minimum footprint, allowing you to upgrade your capacity to the fullest.

The LiqTech acid filtration system is a low-pressure system requiring low energy. Moreover, it uses no chemicals for operation, only for chemical Cleaning-in-Place (CIP).
